Webbfabriken is a small, integrated team. We hire occasionally and prefer long-term relationships with people who want to take responsibility across more than one area of work.
Our team operates from one office on Lidingö, Stockholm. We deliver web, hosting, IT support and cybersecurity together, which means roles tend to overlap several disciplines rather than fit neatly into one job description. People who join us typically take on responsibility across delivery, operations and customer relationships.
We do not have a hiring pipeline of constantly open roles. When we recruit, it is usually because a specific need has emerged within the team — and we prefer to find the right person over filling a generic position quickly.
